Loved this dress and received so many compliments! It pictured amazing! More pictures are available by request. Btw, the design is very similar to the Organza Trumpet dress by White by Vera Wang dress except this is a corset back and not a zip up.
If you're about my height (almost 5'3" - wore 4" heels), no alternations will be needed, since it is a corset. So it should fit great!
There was a minor tear on train of dress, but it has been repaired and is not visible and is on the underside. Also 1 minor dirt stain on train, but again, not visible and on the underside of folds. I didn't take pictures, because you wouldn't even be able to notice. But if concerned, I can always provide pictures.
