Dress was tailored in two areas as the original dress is manufactured for someone who is 5'10" 1) Dress shortened to fit my height at 5'6" and 2) Dress straps shortened very slightly so that the dress waist sat at my waist level, rather than slightly below. This was also to accomodate my height.
