This dress is new with the tags still attached! My daughter cancelled the wedding. The sleeves can be removed to make it sleeveless. Soft tulle overlays the satin skirt. The V shaped lace at the hips is repeated every 6 inches. There is enough fabric in the seam to let out 4 inches which can increase the dress by almost 2 sizes. The dress has never been hemmed.
